My career began in Detroit in 1992. Since then I have directed more than $2 billion in property investments and the financing or development of over 10,000 housing units. My focus today is on workforce housing, employer anchored development, and mountain resort communities, the same terrain I write about at danskiandbuild.com.

What I care about outside the spreadsheet.
I spend as much time on a chairlift or a job site as I do underwriting a deal. My real interest is in problems other people have written off, distressed mountain assets with a story, underutilized land with real bones, and housing models nobody's bothered to rethink.
